Biography

Ms. Hanlon has been working full-time at UCF since 1998. She currently teaches specialized sections of SPC1600 (Fundamentals of Oral Communication) and COM1000 (Communication) for Service-Learning and online students. She is a Past-President of the Florida Communication Association. Her work has been published in the Florida Communication Journal and several editions of Teaching Ideas for the Basic Communication Course. In addition, Ms. Hanlon received a 2006 UCF ?Teaching in Excellence? award. During off-hours, she enjoys spending time with her life partner and children.
